SOMA House of Wellness | Milford, Connecticut We're Hiring Licensed Massage Therapist & Small Group Wellness Instructor At SOMA, we believe that true wellness lives at the intersection of healing touch, intentional movement, and mindful living. We're a spa and wellness center in Milford, CT, and we're looking for a passionate, multi-talented professional to join our growing community — someone who brings both the art of massage therapy and the energy of leading others through meaningful movement. If you're a Licensed Massage Therapist who also loves to teach — whether that's yoga, Pilates, yoga fusion, breathwork, or any other modality that's your calling — we want to hear from you. The Role This is a dual-role, part-time position that can grow into a fulfilling, career-oriented opportunity depending on your availability, interests, and the needs of our clients. You'll spend your time doing two things you love: Delivering therapeutic massage sessions to SOMA clients in a calm, professional, beautifully curated environment Teaching small group wellness classes in your area of expertise — yoga, Pilates, yoga fusion with weights, breathwork, or whatever movement modality is your specialty Our opportunities range from a minimum of two sessions per week, all the way up to 20+ hours per week for the right candidate. We'll work with you to build a schedule that reflects your version of the perfect week. Compensation $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, education, and session type Flexible, self-determined scheduling within client and class availability Opportunities for private sessions, semi-private training, and ongoing mentorship A supportive environment where your growth is celebrated and invested in Who You Are A Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing in the state of Connecticut Certified or experienced in at least one group wellness modality — yoga, Pilates, yoga fusion, breathwork, or your own specialty Passionate about holistic wellness and the connection between bodywork and movement Warm, professional, and genuinely people-centered — you live and breathe the wellness lifestyle Reliable, communicative, and ready to be part of a small but mighty team Able to commute to Milford, CT (in-person role) Bonus Points Multiple certifications or modalities — the more dimensions you bring, the better Experience with nutrition coaching, mindfulness, or other wellness offerings A following or community in the wellness space A vision for the kind of wellness practitioner you want to become — and the drive to get there What You'll Love About
