Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Massage Therapists working for our location are eligible for commission, performance bonuses, evening hour bonuses, paid training, and receive 100% of the tips they earn. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, etc. Conduct consultations and communicate effectively to understand client concerns in to facilitate development of personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on post-treatment care, pain management strategies, and wellness practices to support ongoing health goals. Recommend service add-ons to enhance your client's experience and better target their needs. Maintain detailed and accurate electronic records of each session. Provide exceptional patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and comfort for every client. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in various modalities. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and occupational health practices. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately. Prior experience working in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory. $25.00 - $47.00 per hour
