Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Perform customized massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology knowledge and medical history. Educate clients on pain management techniques and recommend ongoing self-care practices. Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment details and client progress, adhering to medical terminology standards. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by following occupational health guidelines and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing client concerns, and fostering a relaxing atmosphere. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering effective massage therapies such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience in med spa or similar settings preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Knowledge of occupational health standards and safety procedures. $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
