Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions and goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and self-care routines post-treatment. Maintain detailed records of patient progress, treatment notes, and session details in compliance with health regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client concerns with professionalism. Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure a clean, comfortable environment for every client. Experience Proven experience as a massage therapist with a strong background in patient service and assessment. Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support effective treatment delivery. Prior work in med spas or occupational health settings is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and foster trust. Familiarity with medical documentation standards and maintaining detailed treatment records.
