Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of massage techniques. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client comfort throughout each session. Educate clients on pain management strategies, physiology, and anatomy-related topics relevant to their treatment. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant medical or physiological information. Uphold all safety standards and adhere to licensing regulations, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and occupational health guidelines. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing. Expertise in advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience from start to finish.
