We have quietly become one of Bradenton's hidden gems: an established, locally owned spa with a loyal guest base, a busy massage department and a team we invest heavily in supporting. And now we're growing again. Spa Northwest has expanded from 10 treatment rooms and is currently growing to 16 , creating an opportunity to welcome another exceptional massage therapist to our team. We're Looking for Experience This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for an experienced massage therapist who is confident in their skills, understands how to customize a treatment to the individual guest, and knows how to create the kind of experience that turns a first-time guest into a long-term client. We Work Hard to Keep Our Therapists Busy One of our biggest priorities as an employer is creating as much stability as possible for our practitioners—not only during Florida's busy season, but throughout the year. Spa Northwest continually invests in marketing and guest acquisition to bring new clients through our doors while nurturing the loyal clientele we've built over the years. We also work with Manatee County and process insurance , providing additional opportunities for our therapists and helping create a diverse, consistent stream of appointments. Our therapists aren't expected to figure everything out on their own. We have an established reception team handling scheduling and guest communication, and we provide the treatment rooms, linens, products and operational support needed to allow our therapists to focus on their guests.
