As a key member of our team, you will utilize your dual licenses to provide a comprehensive range of treatments, ensuring every guest leaves feeling revitalized, pampered, and satisfied. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage, to relieve tension and promote relaxation. Deliver skincare treatments such as facials Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their results. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas and sterilizing tools after each session. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations. Requirements Valid dual licenses in Massage Therapy and Esthetics or Cosmetology from accredited programs. Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients and explain treatment benefits clearly. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating clients on skincare lines and retail options. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude that enhances the client experience. Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
