Our spa blends tranquility, professionalism, and personalized care to create an elevated experience for every guest. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic healing, client centered care, and delivering high quality massages and body treatments in a serene, upscale environment. Responsibilities . Provide a variety of massages and bodywork services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, and customized treatments. . Conduct professional client consultation to assess needs and recommend appropriate services. . Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room in accordance with spa standards. . Uphold all state licensing, sanitation, and safety regulations. . Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships. . Accurately document clients preference and treatment notes. . Promote spa services, enhancements, and wellness programs when appropriate. Qualifications . Valid Florida Massage Therapy License (required) . Proven experience in massage therapy . Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques . Professional, Polished, and guest-focused demeanor . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
