Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional client care, knowledgeable in multiple massage modalities, and committed to maintaining a relaxing, professional environment. Responsibilities Client Assessment — Conduct thorough intake conversations, review medical history, and tailor treatment plans. Therapeutic Bodywork — Provide Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and other modalities based on training. Session Documentation — Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client progress records. Client Education — Offer aftercare guidance, stretching suggestions, and wellness recommendations. Sanitation & Safety — Follow strict hygiene protocols and maintain a clean, safe treatment space. Professional Conduct — Uphold ethical standards, boundaries, and state regulations. Operational Support — Assist with scheduling, product usage, and client retention (depending on workplace).
