You will provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massage sessions, assess guest needs, and maintain a clean, tranquil, and safe environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding each client's unique physical story, communicates effectively, and delivers exceptional experiences. Core Responsibilities Provide professional, customized massage treatments tailored to member needs, utilizing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage and trigger-point techniques. Actively initiate new client connections and foster lasting professional relationships with Members and Guests. Uphold strict cleanliness, sanitation, and organization protocols to keep the working and treatment areas pristine. Job Requirements & Qualifications Active Florida State License in Massage Therapy (Required). Previous professional massage and bodywork experience is highly preferred. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to be a collaborative team member. Should exhibit excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic. Absolute punctuality and dependable attendance are a strict requirement for this role. Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Scheduled Days:

Tuesdays.

Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays Compensation Commission Rate:

70% commission per treatment session.

Hourly Base Pay:
