The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver tailored treatments that meet individual needs. The Licensed Massage Therapist will create a welcoming environment, assess client conditions, and utilize various massage techniques to enhance health outcomes. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients Stay informed about the latest techniques in medical spa treatments and wellness therapies Provide exceptional patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and confidentiality Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to optimize treatment outcomes Experience Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on pain management and physiology knowledge Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage techniques preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and occupational health principles beneficial Prior med spa or medical wellness experience is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and deliver personalized care
