Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of different massage therapies and recommend personalized treatment plans. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding their comfort levels and adjust techniques accordingly. Ensure all treatments adhere to safety standards and professional licensing requirements, including CPR certification. Keep detailed records of each session, noting client progress and treatment outcomes for future reference. Uphold the highest standards of patient service and confidentiality while fostering a relaxing environment. Skills Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and tailor treatments effectively. Excellent patient communication skills to build trust and ensure client comfort throughout sessions. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pain management and therapeutic practices. Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and develop appropriate treatment strategies. Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals. Knowledge of med spa operations and experience in medical or clinical settings is a plus. Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 21.0 per week
