Mindful Motion Advanced Massage Therapy is seeking one exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. We are a boutique clinical massage practice that blends evidence-informed therapeutic bodywork with holistic care . Our sessions are fully customized to each client, and our therapists have the opportunity to work with a variety of advanced modalities and techniques. About the Position We are looking for a dependable and flexible therapist who enjoys variety and is willing to be a supportive member of a collaborative team. Initially, your schedule will primarily consist of coverage opportunities and same-day appointments as needed . This is a great opportunity for a therapist who has flexibility in their schedule and is comfortable stepping in when additional coverage is needed. As you become established with our team and client demand continues to grow, the position is expected to gradually develop into a consistent part-time schedule of approximately 3-4 days per week . Availability Requirements We are seeking a therapist with flexible availability who can accommodate same-day appointment requests.

Required availability:

Rotating weekends Weekday availability between 2:00 PM-8:00 PM Participation in on-call for same-day appointments You choose your preferred notice window for same-day availability, such as 2-3 hours . Advanced Modalities Offered Mindful Motion offers a variety of clinical and specialty modalities, including: Deep Tissue Massage Neuromuscular Therapy Myofascial Release Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Barefoot Ashiatsu Craniosacral Therapy Cupping Therapy Reiki Additional clinical and specialty modalities Position Information Part-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor Starting base pay: $40-$75 per session Pay is based on interview and demonstrated skill Tips are not included in the base rate Keep 100% of your tips Weekly direct deposit every Monday Flexible scheduling Rotating weekends required Performance-based pay increases throughout your time with us Professional development opportunities Responsibilities As a member of the Mindful Motion team, you will: Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage sessions customized to individual client needs Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client documentation Manage your schedule and assist with client rebooking Communicate professionally with clients and fellow team members Attend scheduled team meetings, both virtual and in person Equipment & Supplies Therapists are responsible for providing their own: Oils and creams Massage tools Linens A studio linen service is available for $3 per set if preferred.

Hot stones Cupping equipment IASTM tools Crystal singing bowls Essential oils Qualifications Applicants must have: A current Florida Massage Therapy License Active professional liability insurance The ability to comfortably perform 3-5 massage sessions in a workday , including 60-, 90-, and 120-minute appointments Strong communication and client education skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A professional demeanor and sound clinical judgment The ability to work with a wide range of client populations Availability for occasional team meetings and studio events Ready to Join Our Team?
