We collaborate with health insurance providers to help clients manage pain, recover from injuries, and enhance their mobility and overall well-being. We are growing and looking for caring massage therapists to join our team— including new or recently licensed therapists. If you're eager to learn, help people, and grow your skills in a supportive environment, this could be a great fit for you. About the Role This position is different from a typical spa job—but you don't need prior medical massage experience to apply. We understand that many therapists are just starting out. That's why we provide hands-on guidance and training in: Medical massage techniques Writing SOAP notes Working with insurance-based clients Treatment planning Professional client communication Our goal is to help you build confidence and develop into a skilled, well-rounded therapist. This is a W-2 position within a structured, professional clinic environment. What You'll Be Doing Providing therapeutic massage focused on helping clients feel better Working with clients who are using health insurance for treatment Learning how to create simple, effective treatment plans Using techniques such as: Deep tissue massage Myofascial release Trigger point therapy Assisted stretching Cupping and other helpful methods Completing basic SOAP notes (we will teach you how) Communicating kindly and professionally with clients Keeping your treatment room clean and comfortable Helping with light cleaning around the clinic Washing and folding linens used during sessions To support quality care and reduce burnout, all appointments are scheduled with a 15-minute gap between clients for notes, cleanup, and reset time. We work as a team, so everyone helps keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming. Tools That Support You We want to make your job easier and help protect your body. Our clinic provides professional equipment you can use freely during sessions, including: Theraguns and percussion tools Hot stone equipment Heated scraping tools Hydraulic lift tables You are encouraged to use these tools whenever they help your client— with no pressure to upsell services. We care about good outcomes, not sales. Who This Job Is For This role is a great fit if you are: A brand-new massage therapist looking to gain experience Recently licensed and wanting mentorship An experienced therapist interested in learning medical massage Caring, reliable, and eager to grow Comfortable learning new skills Basic Requirements Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) Professional liability insurance Positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn and follow clinic procedures Experience with medical massage is NOT required—we will train you.
