Job Description
Qualified candidates will be able to: Greet Guests at the Spa front desk or in waiting room Have and maintain a valid state massage therapist license.
3-6 months of related spa experience.
Regular attendance
proven customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with guests and co-workers
Maintain up to date knowledge of the hotel services, products and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Stand, sit and walk for varying lengths of time, often prolonged standing.
Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday.
Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Bend, stoop, squat and stretch.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds as needed Know and be able to administer CPR and first aid
Direct evacuations in an emergency
