Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. We are only looking for second shift with the occasional need to shift into a day shift. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise in various massage techniques, combined with your commitment to patient care, will help create a calming and healing environment where clients feel valued and rejuvenated. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' health and happiness through personalized therapeutic treatments. Duties Perform a wide range of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safe practice Utilize your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to identify areas of tension, pain, or injury and develop targeted therapy strategies Communicate effectively with clients about their treatment goals, progress, and post-session care instructions Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client records and treatment notes in compliance with health regulations Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend ongoing wellness practices to support their health goals Adhere to all safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent client communication skills Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage modalities In-depth understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Experience in pain management strategies and occupational health treatments Ability to assess client needs accurately through patient assessment skills and adapt treatments accordingly Knowledge of med spa operations or clinical settings is a plus for delivering specialized therapies CPR certification is required to ensure safety during all sessions Join us if you are eager to bring your expertise in massage therapy into a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. Pay:
$37.50 - $57.50 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
