Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including client progress and treatment plans Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to all sanitation protocols and licensing regulations Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and foster a trusting relationship Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements such as CPR certification Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active licensing credentials Proven experience in providing diverse massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to massage therapy and pain management Prior experience working in med spas or healthcare settings is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop customized treatment plans Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of occupational health practices and experience managing patient care in clinical or spa environments is preferred Join us to help clients feel their best through expert touch and compassionate care!
