Pay is 46.5% commission and minimum 18% gratuity Therapist has full control over their days and times of availability Dual licensing is welcome Weekly pay Hydraulic tables in every room Professional linen services provided Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Experience in providing various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage is encouraged but not mandatory. Newly licensed therapists are welcome! Understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience working in a spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required. An eagerness to learn is required. Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment. Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic approach to client care. Knowledge of occupational health principles and pain management strategies is an advantage.
