Job Description

We're urgently hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and body contouring!
YOU APPLY
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS
An active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) issued by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy is mandatory. Applications without a valid FL license will not be reviewed. MLD certification is strongly preferred.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Aesthetic Vibes Med Spa is a boutique, client-centered med spa in Miramar, FL offering corrective skincare, body contouring, laser hair removal, and a growing menu of specialty services. We're looking for a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and body contouring techniques to join our team in Miramar, FL. This is not a training opportunity — we need someone who can step in and deliver results from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions for general wellness clients seeking reduction of bloating, inflammation, and fluid retention Deliver body sculpting-focused lymphatic massage with visible contouring and de-bloating results. Conduct thorough client intake, assess contraindications, and customize each session accordingly Educate clients on what to expect from MLD and how often to book based on their individual needs Recommend treatment packages and memberships when appropriate.

Maintain accurate session notes and client progress records Uphold the highest standards of draping, hygiene, and client comfort in every session
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Active Florida LMT license — non-negotiable. You must hold a current, valid license issued by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on MLD experience, including experience with post-operative clients — not theoretical exposure. MLD certification strongly preferred. Please state your certification method in your application. Solid understanding of post-op contraindications, fibrosis, seroma awareness, and tissue stage progression. Professional, calming bedside manner — especially with clients in physical recovery. Ability to maintain quality across a consistent session schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus given our South Florida clientele.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive compensation negotiable based on your experience and specialty depth Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability A growing client base with consistent demand for lymphatic drainage services Employee service discounts and professional development support A professional, welcoming spa environment where your specialty is valued
HOW TO APPLY
Submit your application with your MLD experience (both wellness and post-op), and your MLD certification method. Applications missing this information will not be considered. MLD certification documentation may be requested during the interview process.
