Duties Perform various massage modalities including deep tissue massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of pain or tension Apply advanced techniques for pain management and occupational health benefits Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and client progress in accordance with medical terminology standards Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients Uphold high standards of patient service and customer care to foster client loyalty and satisfaction Qualifications Valid Florida state license as a Massage Therapist Proven experience with deep tissue massage and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent patient service skills with a focus on personalized care Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and customize treatments accordingly Knowledge of occupational health principles related to therapeutic massage is advantageous Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor dedicated to client well-being
