Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients' specific needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop customized treatment plans that align with individual health goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic standards. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment at all times. Collaborate with healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to optimize patient care. Qualifications Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with specialization in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred. Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately. Knowledge of occupational health principles and pain management techniques. Prior med spa experience is highly desirable for this role. Valid certification or license as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
