Licensed Massage Therapist

Job Overview Face the Day Salon Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at our Aveda Salon in Downtown Ocala. As part of our wellness-focused environment, you will provide therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. You will work in a luxurious, professional setting, utilizing Aveda's signature products and techniques to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot oil, and hot stone massages based on guest needs. Provide personalized consultations to assess and address guests' health, wellness, and relaxation goals. Maintain a clean and comfortable environment that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. Utilize Aveda's signature products and holistic approaches in treatments. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Continue education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest massage therapy trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

Valid and active Massage Therapist license in the state of Florida Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Passion for health, wellness, and helping guests achieve their personal goals. Experience or willingness to learn Aveda products and services is a plus Availability to work evenings and weekends, based on salon schedule.
