Overview We are seeking motivated and talented Massage Therapists and Facial Specialists to join our private appointment-only spa. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are eager to build their own following and provide exceptional relaxation services in a luxurious setting. New therapists are welcomed, as comprehensive training on modalities and our spa brand methods will be provided. Our expanded spa features a Japanese Head Spa designed for ultimate relaxation, offering a unique experience for clients. Located just 12 minutes from the world Equestrian Center, two miles from the airport, and centrally positioned near multiple retirement communities, our spa offers a prime location for both clients and practitioners. Duties Perform massage therapy and facial treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Create personalized treatment plans to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Build and maintain your own client following through excellent service and professional rapport. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with spa standards. Stay informed about new techniques, modalities, and products to continually improve service offerings. Collaborate with the team to uphold the high standards of the spa's brand and services. Participate in ongoing training sessions on modalities and spa methods to ensure consistent quality of care. Experience Prior experience is not mandatory; we welcome new massage therapists who are motivated to learn and grow within our spa environment. Facial specialists should have relevant certification or experience in skincare treatments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Self-motivated individuals capable of creating their own client base in a private appointment setting. Passion for providing relaxation services and enhancing client well-being.
