Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team on Thursdays (9-4) & Fridays (9-12) with the option for more hours on Friday. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and therapies, providing exceptional care to clients while promoting relaxation and pain relief. This role requires a dedication to patient service and a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of our clients. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals. Perform various types of massage, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching, prenatal, and other modalities as needed. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on pain management techniques. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients in accordance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience and encourage repeat visits. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to massage therapy. Proficient in patient service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Familiarity with trigger point therapy and its application in treatment plans. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform deep tissue massage effectively while ensuring client comfort.
