This role is ideal for therapists who want consistent bookings, strong earning potential, and a structured environment where your time and skills are respected. We offer weekday, evening and weekend shifts for therapists seeking full time or part time schedules with a minimum commitment. Compensation $950 to $1,950+ per week based on service hours, tips, and enhancements Typical therapists work 21 to 30 hands on hours per week Top pay tier from day one Commission on enhancements and add ons Daily cash and credit card tips These are realistic earnings from a busy, established spa.
