Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced massage techniques and a thorough understanding of physiology. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and pain management strategies Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Expertise in advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health treatments Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and fostering client trust Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare environments is preferred Pay is commision based commensurate to industry experience.
