Job Description

Help Patients Feel Better During Their Recovery Journey We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team providing therapeutic massage services at a local substance use recovery center. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping patients reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and support their overall wellness during recovery. Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (or until all scheduled clients have been been seen, typically no later than 7:00 PM) Approximately 9-12 hours per week No weekends Responsibilities Provide professional therapeutic massage sessions in a safe, comfortable environment. Customize treatments based on each client's needs while working within your scope of practice. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room. Follow all facility policies, HIPAA guidelines, and infection control procedures. Maintain professional boundaries and provide compassionate, respectful care to all clients. Communicate professionally with clients and staff to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications Current Florida Massage Therapy License (required). Professional liability insurance (required). Experience in therapeutic or medical massage is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Compassionate, patient-focused, and non-judgmental.
