Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Develop personalized treatment plans that address pain management and promote relaxation. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress in accordance with medical terminology standards. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to enhance patient care. Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in massage therapy and occupational health. Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proficient in patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs and conditions. In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Experience in pain management strategies and techniques. Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Prior experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required.
