Our center offers a variety of wellness services and is dedicated to creating a serene and professional atmosphere for both staff and clients. We're currently looking to expand our talented team with an experienced and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who is enthusiastic about helping others feel their best through professional and personalized massage therapy. The ideal candidate will be a caring professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assess clients and their requirements and suggest suitable massage techniques. Provide 60 and 90-minute massages as requested by clients. Maintain client confidentiality and keep detailed records of treatments provided. Adjust massage techniques according to client needs and preferences. Create a calming environment for massage, including setting up the massage space. Adhere to all hygiene and sanitation protocols. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education courses to enhance professional skills.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid state license in massage therapy. Proven experience as a massage therapist with a solid understanding of various massage modalities. Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Physically able to perform massage therapy services. Available to work flexible hours including weekends.
