Duties Perform customized massage therapies including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to address client-specific concerns Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed records of each session, including techniques used and client responses, ensuring accurate documentation Collaborate with healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care and pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, physiology knowledge, medical terminology, and industry best practices to continually enhance service quality Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced modalities for pain relief Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Knowledge of occupational health principles to promote workplace wellness when applicable Prior experience in med spa settings or similar environments is highly desirable Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Join us in making a meaningful difference through healing touch!
