We're looking for a hands-on Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for educating, mentoring, and coaching future Massage professionals. The ideal candidate's primary responsibility is to manage and lead their students to graduation through a positive classroom environment. Duties & Responsibilities Perform an active lesson and lecture, encourage student learning, participation, and engagementGrade and review assignments, quizzes, & examsPerform effective classroom management and ensure student compliance with school rules and regulationsComply with all safety policies, practices and proceduresPassing grades on State Board/Licensure examinations and student licensure ratesRetention rates and student satisfactionComplete other assigned duties, as needed Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 3 years field experience required.Highly organized and professional.
