Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress. Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support occupational health initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in massage therapy and wellness. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy. Experience in med spa settings is preferred but not required. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively. Familiarity with pain management techniques and customer service excellence. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members regarding treatment plans and progress.
