In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through tailored treatments that combine technical skill with compassionate care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Develop customized treatment plans based on physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and medical terminology familiarity Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health issues Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress in compliance with licensing regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols Provide excellent patient service by listening attentively, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive experience for every client Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically and professionally with clients Proficiency in patient assessment to identify areas of tension or discomfort accurately Expertise in deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy for targeted relief Knowledge of pain management strategies and how massage can complement other treatments Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience working in med spa or occupational health settings is preferred but not required Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
