•75+ per booked service/hour, including commission and gratuities. This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor position. The $40

•75+ range represents estimated earning potential during booked service hours and is not a guaranteed hourly wage. SB Health & Beauty Med Spa is seeking a professional, reliable, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team in South Tampa. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, provides an exceptional client experience, and enjoys working in a professional med spa environment. Compensation 40% commission on completed services 100% of gratuities 5% commission on qualifying packages and memberships personally sold Compensation for eligible client no-shows, when applicable Estimated earnings of $40

Tuesday:

12:00 PM-8:00

PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM-2:00

PM Thursday:

4:00 PM-8:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM-6:00 PM Reliability and commitment to the agreed-upon schedule are extremely important. Flexibility for same-day and last-minute appointments is a plus. Services May Include Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Lymphatic Drainage Post-Operative Massage Prenatal Massage Hot Stone Massage Therapeutic and customized massage Wellness and body treatments within scope of licensure Preferred Experience Experience with lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, and post-operative massage is highly preferred. We are willing to train the right therapist on our spa protocols and signature treatments. Qualifications Active Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing Current professional liability insurance Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and punctual Strong communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively with our front desk, management, and treatment team Ability to maintain proper sanitation, treatment room cleanliness, and documentation Motivated to build relationships with clients, encourage rebooking, and grow a loyal clientele What We Provide Established South Tampa location and client base Professional treatment rooms Linens and treatment supplies Front desk and scheduling support Marketing and client acquisition Opportunities for cross-referrals from our med spa and aesthetic services Training on select spa protocols and treatments Professional and supportive team environment About Us SB Health & Beauty Med Spa is an established South Tampa med spa offering massage therapy, advanced aesthetics, laser treatments, body treatments, and wellness services.
