As Needed About Us:

SB Health & Beauty Med Spa is an established family owned Medical Spa serving South Tampa since 2003. We specialize in advanced skincare, wellness, therapeutic body treatments, lymphatic services, and customized client care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team on an on call basis to help support client demand, schedule growth, and therapist coverage. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexibility, supplemental income, or additional clients while maintaining their current schedule.

Compensation:

40% Commission +

Tips Schedule:

On Call / As Needed Flexible scheduling Therapists are only required onsite when booked. This role is designed to support: Client demand and overflow scheduling Same day bookings and high volume periods Coverage during therapist PTO or schedule changes Opportunities to pick up shifts from other massage therapists as available Preferred availability includes:

Tuesdays:

9 AM to 2

PM Wednesdays:

9 AM to 8

PM Thursdays:

4 PM to 8

PM Saturday:

9 AM to 6

PM Responsibilities:

Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment goals Modalities may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Prenatal, Lymphatic, Recovery, and Wellness treatments Maintain SOAP notes and treatment documentation Educate clients on wellness recommendations and home care Maintain cleanliness and treatment room standards Support same day bookings and flexible scheduling needs Pick up available shifts and therapist coverage opportunities when needed Deliver exceptional customer service and client experience

Preferred Experience:

Lymphatic Drainage Massage Post Operative Massage Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Prenatal Massage Wellness and Recovery Treatments Lymphatic and post operative experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Massage Therapy License required Professional Liability Insurance required Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and team oriented Med Spa, wellness, or therapeutic experience preferred We are looking for a motivated therapist who enjoys flexibility while helping clients feel their best and supporting a growing team.
