This position is ideal for a licensed massage therapist who is looking for a flexible opportunity and is available to accept appointments based on client demand and the spa's scheduling needs. Responsibilities Provide professional, customized massage services based on each client's needs. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every client. Follow proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures. Maintain accurate client and treatment documentation as required. Communicate professionally with clients and spa management. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area. Represent the Flawless Beauty Spa by Samar brand with professionalism and excellent customer service. Requirements Active Florida Massage Therapy License in good standing. Current professional liability/malpractice insurance required. Professional, reliable, and client-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining spa standards. Availability for on-call/as-needed appointments , with scheduling based on client demand. Previous spa or wellness-setting experience preferred.
