Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to enhance patient outcomes. Stay updated on medical terminology and best practices in massage therapy. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Experience in patient assessment and pain management strategies. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans. Previous experience in a med spa or healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
