We're a unique massage studio and art gallery in Midtown Atlanta. We believe massage should feel like more than a transaction — it's about creating an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through the door until they leave. We're looking for someone who is an excellent massage therapist and enjoys being part of the larger client experience and studio team. What You'll Do Massage Therapy Provide exceptional, personalized massage therapy consistent with your training, experience, Georgia licensing requirements, and our service standards Create a warm, professional experience for every client Maintain accurate treatment notes Maintain clean, organized, properly prepared treatment rooms Support client retention through rebooking and appropriate follow-up Maintain all required Georgia licenses, certifications, and training Hospitality & Spa Operations When you're scheduled for non-massage hours, you'll help us create an exceptional client experience and keep the studio running smoothly.
Responsibilities may include:
Welcoming and assisting clients Front desk and reception Answering phones and assisting with scheduling Processing payments and maintaining client information Rebooking clients and supporting client retention Educating clients about memberships, packages, and services Helping fill same-day appointment openings Supporting membership enrollment and other revenue-generating activities Room preparation, cleaning, laundry, and inventory Opening and closing the studio Supporting events, promotions, training, and other studio initiatives We're not looking for high-pressure salespeople. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy taking care of clients and helping a great business succeed. Compensation This is a non-exempt W-2 position .Massage therapy compensation:
30-minute massage: $17.50 60-minute massage: $35.00 90-minute massage: $52.50 120-minute massage: $70.00 Non-massage scheduled work: $15.00/hour. You also retain 100% of tips attributable to your massage services . Schedule Schedules are based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts. We do not guarantee a minimum number of hours . Your schedule may vary from week to week based on appointment demand and the operational needs of the studio. When you are scheduled, we expect every hour to be productive. When you're providing a massage, you're focused on your client. When you're not providing massage, you're contributing to the client experience and operation of the studio. What We're Looking For Active Georgia Massage Therapy License Excellent massage therapy skills and professionalism Warm, outgoing personality and genuine hospitality mindset Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable interacting with clients and coworkers Willingness to contribute beyond the massage room Ability to learn and use scheduling, payment, and client-management software Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and client safety Team-oriented attitude Additional massage certifications and modalities are welcome.
