Duties:
- Perform patient assessments to determine their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide massage therapy treatments to clients using various techniques, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for self
- care techniques
- Adhere to all professional and ethical standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations
- Must be mobile, have a car to travel to clients.
- Required to have a mobile table, clean sets of sheets and professional grade lotions, creams and gels . Skills
- Proficient in patient assessment to identify areas of concern and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to effectively target specific muscles and areas of pain or discomfort
- Skilled in a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address different client needs
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the session
- Ability to effectively manage acute pain through therapeutic massage techniques
