Massage Therapy Practitioner

Overview We are seeking an experienced, reliable​ and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our happy wellness team consisting of massage therapists, chiropractors and functional medicine practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques along with a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to assess patient needs effectively. You will be responsible for providing various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, in a serene and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and conduct tailored treatment. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or questions. Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with clinic policies. Collaborate with other practitioners when necessary to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Georgia. Knowledge of anatomy and various massage techniques. Strong organizational and time management skills to performance treatment and complete patient notes efficiently. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in massage therapy.
