Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and bring clinical/therapeutic relief, and wellness to our clients through expert massage techniques. We are seeking a therapeutic-minded individual who understands human anatomy, biomechanics, and how soft tissue work integrates with chiropractic adjustments. You will work alongside our doctors to execute targeted treatment plans for patients dealing with chronic pain, acute injuries, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. Duties Provide highly specific, therapeutic massage tailored to each patient's clinical treatment plan. Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massage. Maintain a clean, organized treatment area that adheres to health and safety standards at all times. Keep detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment plans, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Promote wellness services and products available at the facility to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Comply with licensing regulations and stay updated on industry best practices through ongoing education. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally. Malpractice Insurance is required. Proven experience delivering various massage techniques with a focus on client comfort and safety. Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients' needs and provide clear guidance. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy. Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
