Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team at Perfekttouch LUXE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a strong background in therapeutic massage, with the ability to provide exceptional client care. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments tailored to individual client needs while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every client. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities based on client needs and preferences. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, medical history, and treatment goals. Create personalized treatment plans to address client concerns and enhance their overall well-being. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Educate clients on self-care techniques, including stretching, relaxation practices, and wellness routines. Manage appointment schedules to ensure timely and seamless service for clients. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and certifications to maintain a high level of expertise. Experience Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist with a focus on client-centered care. Proficiency in a range of massage modalities; additional certifications (e.g., prenatal, sports massage) are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for therapeutic massage. Familiarity with maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation protocols. Experience working in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
