We're not a spa churning out back-to-back relaxation massages. Sessions start with a real intake, a postural and range-of-motion assessment, and a customized plan that treats the patterns underneath, not just tension. Clients come to us for recovery, chronic tension, athletic performance, and staying mobile for the long haul. We've grown to the point where one set of hands can't cover the demand, so we're bringing on a second therapist to share the caseload.
