Full-Time or Part-Time About Us NARA Hawaii is a Korean-inspired facial spa focused on skin health, wellness, education, and personalized treatment plans, opening this summer at Ala Moana Center. Our goal is to combine advanced technology, Korean wellness techniques, and exceptional client care to deliver results-driven experiences. We're seeking a licensed massage therapist who is passionate about helping clients feel their best and excited to grow with a new luxury wellness brand. To apply, email your resume to: info@narahawaii.com Responsibilities Perform customized therapeutic massage treatments based on client needs Conduct thorough client consultations and wellness assessments Recommend treatment plans to support clients' wellness goals Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and recovery techniques Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation Document client treatment notes and progress Build long-term relationships with returning clients Collaborate with the spa team to provide an exceptional guest experience Support retail product recommendations when appropriate Qualifications Current Hawaii Massage Therapist License Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body mechanics Passion for wellness and continued education Preferred Experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting Experience with Korean-inspired body treatments or holistic wellness services Confidence recommending retail wellness products Social media content creation is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation Retail commission opportunities Service commission and gratuities Employee discounts Continuing education and product training Opportunity to grow with a new luxury wellness brand
