Position Summary:
Provide professional quality massage within scope of practice and licensing while ensuring positive client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Apply professional massage techniques tailored to client needs, ensuring safety and comfort. Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury assessment. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members. Ensure punctuality and timely responses to client and manager communications. Keep massage rooms clean, organized, and stocked; report equipment issues promptly. Uphold hygiene and safety standards to prevent injuries. Exhibit physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Required Key Skills and Qualifications:
(LMT) Certification of completion. Experience and training in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required. Additional knowledge and experience in performing other modalities a plus. Must maintain a current CPR & First Aid certification. Responsible for adhering to all Hawaii licensing laws and regulations related to maintaining a current massage license including maintaining CEU's. Massage work experience required.
