The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care through various massage techniques, contributing to pain relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. Duties Perform a variety of massage therapies including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual patient needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Apply pain management techniques to alleviate discomfort and improve mobility Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing therapy options when necessary Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development Qualifications Valid Hawaii State licensure as a Massage Therapist Proven experience with patient service, customer service, and occupational health protocols Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent communication skills and the ability to assess patient needs effectively Prior experience in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable Ability to work professionally with diverse patient populations and maintain confidentiality Join our team to help clients achieve optimal health and relaxation through expert massage therapy services.
