We are seeking heart-driven, highly skilled Massage Therapists who are aligned with whole-body wellness, client education, and creating memorable healing experiences. ⸻ Role Overview As a Massage Therapist at Honest Rituals, you will provide therapeutic, intuitive, and technically skilled bodywork tailored to each client's needs. You'll work alongside a supportive, intimate team and contribute to a luxury spa environment focused on high-touch service and impeccable client care. ⸻ What You'll Do Perform customized massages from our menu, including sculptural + buccal, lymphatic, therapeutic deep tissue, and somatic-inspired techniques (training available) Build genuine client relationships with education-focused communication Maintain a clean, organized treatment space aligned with spa protocols Support retail recommendations and wellness rituals that elevate results Protect client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards Arrive prepared and fully present for each service Collaborate with a positive, solutions-based team ⸻ We're Looking For A CMT (California Massage Therapist) with active state certification 1+ years experience in massage therapy preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, fascia, and tension patterns A grounded, intuitive approach to touch and energy Excellent communication skills, warm demeanor, and emotional intelligence Reliability, time management, and personal accountability Alignment with holistic, natural, and minimalist wellness philosophies Experience with sculptural/buccal or lymphatic techniques is a bonus — training available. ⸻ What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation (based on booking volume) 1099 - $20/hour + 10% commission on services +10% commission on retail sold.
