Located in the beautiful downtown Cedar Falls area, Pure Serenity has a well established client base from over a decade of providing amazing massages! Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to each client's needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to all sanitation protocols and licensing regulations. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments preferred not necessary. Familiarity with occupational health principles and the importance of tailored treatments for diverse client needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively on their health and wellness journeys. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
