In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing your deep knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of discomfort or concern. Apply advanced techniques such as pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and medical massage modalities to enhance client outcomes. Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies to support ongoing health. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare standards. Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and industry regulations. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively to client concerns, and fostering trust. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Familiarity with pain management techniques and occupational health principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and provide compassionate care. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
