We're currently seeking one talented LMT to join our growing team at The Bilancia Day Spa & Wellness Center, an upscale, busy day spa with a strong local reputation. You might be a great fit if: You're licensed in Iowa. You're confident in both relaxation and deep tissue techniques, and can adjust pressure based on client needs. You enjoy building relationships with repeat clients and being part of a collaborative, supportive team. What we offer:

Consistent bookings, no need to bring your own clients. Flexible scheduling (we require every other Saturday 9am-3:30pm and one evening shift until around 7:30pm). Commission + tips averaging $43+ per massage hour before tips, plus additional earning potential. Health insurance options for employees who meet eligibility.
